1. Data Collection and Use Theia is designed with your privacy and peace of mind as our highest priority. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal identity, audio recordings, or behavioral tracking data to our servers. Any local data stored on your device (such as your favorited tracks or listening history) remains entirely on your personal device and is never sold or shared with third parties.

2. Subscriptions and Payments All payments, subscriptions, and purchases are processed securely by Apple via your Apple ID account. We do not have access to your credit card information, billing address, or name. We use RevenueCat to anonymously verify your subscription status and unlock premium content.

3. Third-Party Services To provide you with audio content and verify subscriptions, the app communicates with secure third-party services (such as Cloudflare R2 for audio delivery and RevenueCat for purchase verification). These services only receive anonymous, non- identifying requests.
